AxoraWorks
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
AxoraWorks is responsible for the personal information it collects through this website. This policy explains, in plain English, how that information is handled.
Information we collect
When you submit a website form, you may provide your name, email address, company name, role or title, website address, company size, and information you include in a message or request. We also receive the choices you make about whether you would like an Outside-In GTM One-Pager, a conversation, or both.
The website may also receive limited technical information that is normally made available when a browser visits a site, such as the page visited and browser context. The form is delivered to HubSpot, and, if a HubSpot browser cookie is already present, the site may pass that cookie identifier with the form submission so HubSpot can associate the submission with the relevant contact activity.
How we use information
AxoraWorks uses personal information to respond to inquiries and requests, provide requested information or services, manage prospective or existing business relationships, and operate and improve the website.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers that support this website and business operations. This includes HubSpot for receiving and storing form submissions and contact information. Service providers may process or store information in jurisdictions outside your province or country, depending on the services being used.
AxoraWorks does not sell personal information.
Cookies and tracking
The current website code does not include separate advertising or analytics scripts. HubSpot may use cookies or similar technologies in connection with form submissions and contact activity. AxoraWorks does not use the website form to automatically subscribe visitors to marketing communications. If marketing communications are offered in the future, consent for them will be requested separately.
Retention and safeguards
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable business or legal requirements. AxoraWorks uses reasonable safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Your questions and choices
You may contact AxoraWorks to ask about access to or correction of your personal information, or with questions about our privacy practices.
